***To our dear community: It is with heavy hearts that we have to announce an early end to our 2023 season. We will be open through Sunday, August 20th and our abridged schedule between now and then will be Thursday-Sunday with regular hours: 4pm-10pm with kitchen service from 5pm-9pm.

We invite you to join us amidst the frogs and the flowers as you relax and enjoy a drink or a meal with family and friends. Located inside Native Grounds Nursery, we are a locally-owned, seasonal food and beverage truck devoted to offering a delightful dining experience in an enchanting atmosphere.

Sit down and stay a while! Begin your dining experience with one of our nosh-worthy organic salads paired with a refreshing beverage or some tasty snacks.
On Tap
Featuring a rotating selection of locally-crafted beers and cider from Mt. Shasta Brewing Co., Dunsmuir Brewery Works, Etna Brewing Co., Fall River Brewing Co., and more. Also proudly pouring Alua Kombucha, brewed right here in Mt. Shasta. Sodas and iced tea from Caldera Brewing in Ashland are available as well.
Wood-fired
Our pizzas are cooked in an outdoor wood-fired oven, right in front of your eyes. Pizzas cooked in this manner retain more nutrients than slower-cooked pies, and attain a slightly smokey flavor impossible to reach in pizzas cooked any other way.
Hand-stretched
Garden Tap pizzas are created in the traditional Neapolitan style, meaning thin crusts and light toppings…nothing too heavy to bog you down. Our dough is made from traditional 00 (“double-zero”) pizza flour imported from Italy and proofed for two to three days, imparting a deep, rich flavor somewhat akin to sourdough. Delicious!
A few things…
We hope that everyone’s dining experience at the Garden Tap is a good one. To that end, we’d like to remind folks that although we do have a generous outdoor seating area, we are, at our core, a food truck. In order to serve our patrons the best food we can in the most efficient manner, we regret that we are unable to accept reservations. Large parties are first-come, first served.
To-Go orders are subject to our ability to fulfill them at any given moment.
Kitchen closes at 9pm.
Drinks served until 10pm.
